Its particular strength is where real estate and tax coincide. Most people who own property end up with two advisors who never speak to each other: one who handles the transaction and one who handles the return. The decisions that matter most — how title is held, when a sale closes, whether an exchange is worth doing — sit between them. Karmann Singh holds a California real estate broker license alongside the tax practice, so those questions stay in one conversation.

We recommend meeting in person for a first consultation at the Riverside office. A complicated return is easier to talk through across a desk than over email, and it is a better use of both people’s time than a questionnaire. If that is not practical, we can meet by video on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
